The board are delighted to announce the re-signing of midfielder Abs Seymour from Billericay Town and defender John Easterford from Great Wakering Rovers.

Abs joined big spending Billericay just before Christmas and has been ever present since signing and it is fair to say we jumped at the chance to bring him back to the club when he was made available.

John has spent most of his career at Concord Rangers, with spells at Canvey Island, St Albans City, East Thurrock United, Aylesbury United, Cheshunt and Great Wakering Rovers and is an experienced central defender.  We are delighted to have been able to secure someone of John’s experience in light of the injury sustained by Nathan Cooper last Saturday, which although he is making good progress in his recovery, is likely to keep him out for a few weeks.

Both are expected to be involved in Saturday’s clash away to Ware and we hope you will join us in welcoming both players to the club in this crucial run in to the end of season as we continue to stake our claim for a place in the play offs.
