|
On a cold and frosty night at Ramsgate this much postponed tie was played to a finish with the rampant Urchins unlucky not to leave with all three points. Superior throughout the game, the Urchins could not find the second goal to seal the points after Dean Green had headed them in front on 49 minutes. Simon Parker hit the bar and Dean Green again went close with two fierce shots that skimmed the posts but the next goal went to Ramsgate with 3 minutes to go, much against the run of play. |
